Such an amazing early childcare kindergarten. Lovely teachers / people, and their large outdoor play area is unbeatable compared to any other preschool in the surrounding area. All the staff and center director Kelly are extremely supportive and accommodating. Love sending my son to a safe, caring and learning environment! We love seeing the daily updates and photos sent to us from the daycare, seeing him thrive in a nurturing environment with the other kids, and wonderful ladies in the Piwakawaka room. I highly recommend Little Pohutukawa preschool!

Little Pohutukawa preschool is amazing. Since removing my daughter from her previous centre and enrolling her here she has really thrived and I see her confidence grow daily. She loves all the teachers and loves going every day, not to mention leaving so happy and sometimes not wanting to come home because she's so busy with her friends. My littlest guy (now 4.5 years) absolutely ADORES this Preschool! The Teachers are incredible, caring and supportive. The playground is amazing and the food is next level (although we are often told that our food isn’t as tasty as Chris the Chef’s 🤣) My little one responds well to structure, so the mixture of mat times and play based learning works well for him. We’ll be sad to say Good bye when he goes off to school in Term 1

We have loved our time at Little Pohutukawa. The teachers are amazing, our 4.5 year old has a great time playing outside in the huge playground, they are working on readiness for school, and he has learnt so much! I am currently learning lots about the universe from him! He eats very well, and they put great effort into field trips and external visitors. Would fully recommend.

Highly recommend Little Pohutukawa Preschool for your toddlers and preschoolers! Our daughter has been going there for 2 years now and she really enjoys every day. You can see that the teachers put their hearts into it and care for each child and his/hers wellbeing and development. We get photos and stories about each day's activities and any relevant highlights/lowlights directly from the teachers. The management is very responsive and the cook does his best to meet the needs of all kids with tasty and various meals. We also like the periodic activities arranged by the management with external vendors, such as BARK, Zero Waste Center, trips to the reserve and more.

The best daycare for my three- year- old daughter who needs extra support. Kelly and the teachers are very supportive and caring with lots of their love. The centre itself is well- organised. My daughter loves playing its outdoors and explore herself everyday. Meals they provides are very nice.

Fantastic kindy. Not only do they have one of the biggest outdoor play areas but their classes are very spacious with lots of activities to keep the young growing minds learning, whilst having heaps of fun. The staff is really kind and supportive. The meals served are so balanced and looks + smells really tasty.
